Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. It sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) that only measure visits to this website. I've set it up privacy-friendly: IP addresses are not stored, data sharing with Google is off, and Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. I don't use the data to build a profile of you or to show you ads.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, your email address is stored with beehiiv, the platform that sends my newsletter. I use it only to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to delete your data at any time.
Contact form
The contact form does not store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
Bookings and payments
Call bookings run through cal.com and TidyCal, and payments for coaching through Stripe. When you use them, their privacy policies apply to the data you enter there.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you. Email me and I'll handle it within 30 days.
